Secondments (networking missions between the partners) are the base for all CONCHA’s activities. Secondments between the countries of all participating organisations will be conducted in terms of research, innovation and education. A total of 173 secondments are included in the project, out of which 71 are allocated to NOVA FCSH’s researchers (CONCHA’s proponent) to all the other institutions.

In close connection to the secondments, workshops, training courses, field missions, work meetings, conferences, public lectures, school activities, among many other will take place. These activities ae planned to occur in all involved partner countries and institutions across the duration of the project. The project has a very accurate structure, grounded on historical cultural, heritage and environmental issues. With a multidisciplinary approach, all the partners contribute to CONCHA in an integrative way by allocating their resources (staff and equipment) on the proposed tasks of the project. The partners’ work dynamics, both from institutions and individuals, will be deepened and new strategies of data sharing and of knowledge transfer will be put into practice.
