Dimensions of Catholicism in Portuguese America: The Colored Clergy and Testamentary Practice in Rio de Janeiro

At this seminar we intent to discuss problems of custodial history, history of management, social history, the definition of documentary typology, design and setup of databases, reproduction and dissemination, review, transcription and edition of texts. It is also a proposal aimed to promote cross-disciplinary dialogue: among others, Language, Law, Art History, Archives and Geography.
