Prometeu Agrilhoado, traditionally attributed to Aeschylus, is a drama that invites reflection on justice, knowledge, and freedom. Can there be justice in chaining a liberator? 

This session will feature a recitation of an excerpt from the tragedy by Marcos Oliveira Helena and Mariana Tapada Marques. Maria Mafalda Viana, author of the latest translation of the play, published last month by Tinta-da-China, will then discuss Chained Freedom.
