Published in December 2024, Colecção Estudos & Documentos's volume 30 will now be presented in Lima on 21 January 2026. The presentation will be given by Gleydi Sullón Barreto (CHAM), Kelly Montoya Estrada and David Fernández Vilanova (Archivo Arzobispal de Lima).

The volume seeks to characterise the presence of social actors of Portuguese origin in the Spanish Habsburg Empire during the 17th century. The chapters show the plurality and complexity of the various strategies used by men and women of Portuguese origin who were essential in the construction of imperial spaces during Iberian modernity.
