This Workshop will focus on the thinking of the generations from 1912 until at least 1945. Authors and artists from Spain, Portugal, Latin America and Brazil will be addressed from a critical and comparative perspective. .

The workshop will be promoted by the coordinator of the respective group: José Esteves Pereira and the keynote speaker Helio Carpintero who will come from the Complutense University of Madrid to speak about "Autobiographies of Latin American Psychologists. Tears and Characters". Papers on Modernism in Spain will be presented by Pedro Santa-Maria and in Brazil byTeresa Lousa and José Mikosz.
