The panels will be presented in the 45th Annual Meeting of the Association for Spanish and Portuguese Historical Studies.

The Permanent Seminar of the History of Tobacco is the result of a signed cooperation between Portuguese and Spanish universities, created to develop studies of comparative analysis between the tobacco monopolies of the Iberian Crowns and their Empires between the 17th and 19th centuries.
