This project aims at pinpointing all sorts of iconographic materials: painting, tapestry, sculpture, goldsmithery and weaponry. The chronological core lies in the era of King Sebastião, a time of profound and particularly disruptive military restructuring. The intended aim is to address the pinpointed assets, namely in terms of their graphic record and short historiographical treatment, to be included in a future database.
