Beatriz Freitas has been a researcher at CHAM since 2019. She holds a degree in Art History from NOVA FCSH and an MA in History, with a specialization in Civilisations of the Middle East and Ancient Asia in 2019. At the moment, she is a PhD student at NOVA FCSH. Her experience in the field of Archaeology also stands out, as she has been part of the international project Tell el-Far'a: Archaeological Project in Palestine since 2018. In her work, she seeks to create a dialogue between her areas of expertise (Art History and History/Archaeology) in an attempt to understand the relationship that Humanity has established with image(s).
