Programmed as a regular activity of the research group Culture, history and Iberian and Iberian-American thoughts, this permanent seminar will present and debate issues that - in terms of both theoretical reflection and contextualisation and analysis - allow us to deepen the knowledge of the Iberian and Iberian-American worlds in their diverse manifestations. Thus, from ideas to artistic and cultural practices and political-institutional dynamics to crossroads between worlds, this seminar examines and problematizes the "multiple dwellings" (Claudio Guillén) and the relationships created in this vast and manifold geographic-cultural space. From a comparative and multi-disciplinary perspective that reveals its complexity and wealth, from the historiography to the epistemological reflection, the American and Iberian "dwellings" are in the spotlight.
